We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to strengthen and streamline our commercial operations in a fast-moving, global environment.
In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across forecasting, purchase orders, invoicing, reporting, and internal sales processes. You will work closely with Sales Account Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to support Customer Change Requests, maintain process discipline, and enable smooth execution of sales activities from end to end.

Overall responsibilities and duties:
- Maintain accurate sales forecast inputs, track purchase orders (POs), invoicing, accounts receivable (AR), and software license reports; generate regular sales performance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Sales Account Managers and Project Managers to manage CR intake, track progress, collect estimates from PM/Engineering, prepare draft quotations, and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Ensure version control of generic sales materials, maintain compliance documents, and coordinate internal workflows to streamline sales operations and maintain best practices.
- Partner with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of sales-related activities, accurate documentation, and smooth operational processes.
- Perform any other activities supporting sales, including reporting, analytics, and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with ERP systems in a purchasing or administrative support role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Fluent in English (B2 minimum).
- High school diploma (required), additional education in management or administration is a Plus.
